In the middle of the race, Franco expressed his frustration with the Williams team for not receiving the necessary assistance in the pits on time. Engineer Ed Regan replied that they were checking the situation, which did not satisfy the Argentine driver, who had requested help five laps earlier.

Colapinto's criticisms of his team add to other public reproaches he had already expressed. His next participation in Formula 1 will be at the Brazilian Grand Prix, which will take place on the weekend of November 3 at the Interlagos Circuit in São Paulo.

In the Mexican Grand Prix, Franco Colapinto had a standout performance, climbing to seventh place by extending his pit stop. However, after changing tires on lap 49, he fell to fifteenth place due to a 4.4-second delay in the pits, which set him back more than expected.

Colapinto's frustration became evident before his pit stop, where he requested help with his front tires from the Williams team. Despite his effort in the race, the Argentine driver failed to score points, finishing in twelfth place.
